We are collecting items for prizes. If you would like to donate a prize for the basket, please have them ready right after opening circle so we can display them for our customers. Remember to add your business card
We will feature a book exchange table - give one if you can, take one if you want!

Doors Open for Vendor Setup
8:30 AM
Parking –there are two possible load in/out entrances at each side of the Legion Hall
Please check in at the front to find your booth space then you can determine best load in access
There are a lot of exhibitors so please unload quickly and park your car on the other side of the street close to the tracks. The farther away the better in order to leave close spots for customers

Finding your space
8:30 - 10:00 AM
All spaces will be labelled with vendor names on green painters tape.
We want to create an esthetically pleasing atmosphere. First impressions count when promoting your business and attracting new clients.
Tables and chairs will be provided and set up and taken down - you will not need to do this.
Product tables and reader tables generally do not have access to power so please be sure to bring battery powered lights for your table if you need to showcase or highlight your wares.
Please remember to bring table cloths that will cover to the floor so you can keep supplies hidden under your table

At the end of the show

Vendors must stay for the full day
Pack up is to start at 5pm and we are hoping you will be finished by 6pm please
If you are joining us for two days you can leave items at your own risk. PLEASE TAKE VALUABLES HOME.
Sunday the Legion Staff will be ready to put all of the tables away as soon as we have cleared out
You are responsible for the cleanliness of your space before you leave.
